Hi, I’m Dan Boden, founder of WestSafe Training. My work is guided by a belief that effective health, safety, and environmental training must be practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world experience. I have worked across highly regulated industries, progressing from frontline roles to senior advisory and specialist training positions in HSE management. This has given me strong hands-on insight alongside strategic expertise. I’ve mentored teams, built and managed global safety training portfolios, and led cultural change initiatives. As a Technical Member of IOSH it is essential that my continuous professional development is kept up to date. I ensure our training remains current, pragmatic, and genuinely improves confidence, capability, and safety at work.
